Participants can speak to their families using their mobile phones, which they can use within an established timetable between 22:00 and 23:00; phone use is not permitted outside these hours and if this rule is broken, participants will have their phones confiscated and they will not be returned until the end of the camp.

The camp allows use of mobile telephones but only within an established timetable. The reason for this restricted use is to prevent the children receiving calls which will interrupt their timetable of activities. The participants can contact their families when their scheduled activities for the day have been completed.

The use of mobile phones and Internet is restricted (each camp establishes its own timetable for phone calls and Internet use). Young people can use the Internet via the Wi-Fi connection in the camp’s computer room.
