Wat zijn de aankomst- en vertrekdagen in het kamp?

Uw kind zou op het kamp aan moeten komen op Maandag en vertrekken op Maandag (binnen de vastgestelde data).

How are the young people accommodated at the residence?

Boys and girls are accommodated in separate units. They are placed in rooms with other children of a similar age. If there are young people attending the camp together, for example friends or family members, who want to be in the same room, the camp makes attempts to put them in the same room, but please note that this can be can’t be guaranteed in all cases.

How much money should participants take to the camp?

We recommend taking as little money as possible. Since the costs of accommodation and meals are covered in the price, the children only need money, for example, if they want to buy a drink or snack from the camp’s vending machines or perhaps a souvenir during the excursions they make outside the camp.

What should my child take to the camp?

Once you have reserved at place at the camp you will be sent a detailed list of all the things your child needs to take to the camp. As a general rule this includes sports clothing, casual wear and personal toiletries.

Will my child get a chance to meet any Real Madrid players?

Unfortunately not. During this time of year the players are either on holiday or taking part in an international competition.

Is any kind of sports kit provided?

Camp participants will receive a complimentary shirt from the Chichester University Campus and 6 training shirts.

How do I reserve a place at this camp?

To reserve a place at this camp you must fill in the registration form or contact us. Once you have registered, you will need to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the camp.

How do the children arrive at the camp? Who accompanies them?

There are two options: the first is that you can accompany your child to the camp. Alternatively, you can book the transfers service provided by the camp, whereby one or more monitors will collect your son or daughter at the airport and take them to the camp, and vice versa at the end.

Er is één begeleider voor elk 1/10 kinderen. De begeleiders spreken Spanish, English

Is there Internet access at the camp? When do the young people get the chance to speak to their family by phone?

There are telephone kiosks at the camp for use by the young people after 8.00pm. However, it is also recommended that students bring their mobile phone. The use of mobile phones is limited to a specific timetable established by the camp.

Can the children leave the camp without supervision?

No, children are not permitted to leave the camp without being accompanied by a member of camp staff.

What are the rules for taking personal belongings and valuables into the camp?

It’s not recommended that participants take valuable objects into the camp because the camp cannot be held responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings. Participants can give money, important documents like travel tickets and any other personal object of value to camp staff for safe keeping during the programme.

What happens if my son or daughter gets injured or becomes ill while they are at the camp?

The price includes insurance which covers medical costs, accidents, public liability and baggage loss. Information about insurance cover will be sent together with the final information about the programme before your child departs for the camp.
